A hidden gem in KC! Started as a good truck (Scouts BBQ) and now they are part of a hot new place in Bonner Springs. The food is absolutely ????. I’ve had all the meats and the fries are cooked to perfection. The burgers are the best in KC IMO. Get to this place !

I got .25# of brisket, burnt ends and turkey, onion rings and beans. Brisket and burnt ends were their recommendation. I like that it's served without sauce. The sauce reminds me more of Heinz 57 sauce than BBQ sauce but their hot has a great amount of heat so it took away from that 57-vibe. The beans also remind me a little of the pork and beans we had from the can as a child but it's definitely elevated. Great smoke and slight sweet. There's a little bit of meat in them. The onion rings are fabulous although salted with a heavy hand. The turkey had kind of a buttery flavor to it. The brisket was on the dry side. The burnt ends were the best of the three items. Everything was lean which I really appreciate! Service was very friendly and speedy. Parking: Huge parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Most of entire venue seems accessible.
