Quattro Restaurant and Bar

This was a pretty nice and quiet breakfast location. We didn't stay at the hotel, just came in for the breakfast. The service was very good and our waitress was very caring and professional. The breakfast itself though, nothing special about it. Nice presentation, I get it. But, paying more than 110 for breakfast for two, i was expecting some extraordinary options and different type of menu. I guess for experiencing the place once, I am cool with it, but nowhere close to become my routine place. Not there at all.

Traveling for work and had the pleasure of dining at Quattro. Let me start by saying the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Kevin greeted me as I entered the restaurant - and his warm, genuine approach left me feeling at ease, as I am not used to dining alone. (Thanks, Kevin! #vip) Several members of the team including Fernando, the Mgr, stopped by to check in with me, offer a recommendation, or ensure I was having a positive experience overall. The service was exceptional. Special shout outs to Greg (cheers to 15 yrs!), Matt, and Amrit for their attentiveness and engagement - it's clear they enjoy connecting with others and take great pride in their craft. Thank you, team, for making me feel so welcome. And the food...oh my goodness. The Ahi Tuna Crudo is a gorgeous, summer-inspired presentation; with a blend of crisp, bright flavors and a generous portion of savory, fresh tuna to satisfy your palate from a starter standpoint. I went there on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm and they had a brunch menu available. The food selection was healthy and unique. I really liked their steak with poached egg and salad because it was cooked just right and was not too greasy. Also their desserts for the course meal were quite delightfully decorated and came with three different types of desserts: pudding, hazelnut mousse, and cake. The service was also amazing and parking was easy. Since the pricing is a bit higher than typical restaurants, I highly recommend this place for semi-formal occassions.
