Took my wife out to eat here Saturday 10/8/2022 morning. We ordered the seafood platter, fish piece, shrimp burger, beer, large and soda today was our 6th year anniversary celebration. Tasty food and at a great price The last time I took my wife here was when she was my girlfriend 3 years ago this would be an excellent place for dates for married couples or for a first date I'd recommend this place! Plus you get a fantastic view of the ocean behind it.
The lady with the eyeglasses who took our order by the time we ordered our foods here is very unprofessional and not focusing on what she’s pressing on her screen. She got overwhelmed when a group of 11 people came to their stall and then a lot of people came to fall in line after us. Instead of being calm nor apologize with us because she took an incorrect order on some of my friends, she was mad. She yelled on my friends instead of calling her mngr-in-charge to solve the problem. Until her fellow co-workers notice that there’s a lot of complains about the orders we got and the different prices she tried to charged us. So they changed her and there’s this guy who substitute her to take orders instead. Then the orders went smooth after they kicked her out on the register. ????✌???? And on the food that we order, it was okay. We will give it a 3 out of 5. The corn taste like it has been sitting for a while in a pot with water. customer service was very poor. ????????????????
Long wait but so worth it!!! Sea urchins was so fun and delish to eat! The man who helped me was so nice!!!. And those oysters are to die for!! My husband had the fresh catfish and the wait was so long to have it fried (it’s busy so it’s understandable). We enjoyed our first visit! We’ll definitely come back again!!
