QDOBA Mexican Eats

The customer service here is awful. All 4 of the staff members were rude when we walked in. They were laughing and when I was ready the man rolled his eyes and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a protein bowl and a woman walked up behind him and said “she probably wants to make it her own” & laughed at me. Then as the man asked me what else I wanted he seemed over it. There’s no lids left. The drink station is sticky and a mess. All the tables were a mess. I don’t remember this location being able his bad. We got no trays for our food. Also the woman was on the phone making my husbands burrito.

I didn't want raw bell peppers and raw red onions in my bowl. What happened to grilling them? Also, very little rice. One might say they gave me a "suggestion" of rice. It's literally the cheapest ingredient on the menu, so why so sparcely portion it? Won't be going back here. Now I understand why they're cheaper than Chipotle.

Great service. Great food. Good location. I usually order the kids quesadilla. Tasted really good and it was made exactly like I wanted. The location was nice and clean.
