Poor customer service. Poor attitude by associates. Charged for drink not ordered. Store Associates offered a cookie, not a refund. Open ceiling with fiberglass insulation hanging down. UPDATING 7/4/2023- extremely poor attitudes amongst associates. No smiles, no hello, no positive interaction. Ceiling still open, fiberglass insulation hanging down. If it weren’t for the quality of the food this place wouldn’t be missed.
So I love going here, food is always good. Today though the shell tasted off, the food was bland and seemed old overall. The Queso was looking thick like it was not to temp and old, the rice tasted bland, and the guac tasted like it had no flavor. I hope it was just an off day
Wow, i know people do not want to work but the ones that are there should not be employed. They seemed like they hated life. Screwed up our pickup order by giving us half. Then my wife went in and got the other half upon inspection found the tacos were 99% jalapenos and almost no meat. Had to have them remade. Got home and that's all I got meat, no toppings as specified. Hire right or close doors. We will not be returning.
