QDOBA Mexican Eats

Went to this Qdoba today around 7:30pm. They were out of white rice and said it would be 5 minutes. How can you be out of white rice, the main ingredient in almost all the dishes. Right before I was told it would be a little while on the rice, another worker had used the spoon from the black beans to pry out the old been pot and put a new one in. She put that same spoon right back into the beans! I told them no thank you and left. What the heck happened to customer service? It hasn’t been the same since the pandemic. It sucks at every fast food place except Chic-fila.

The food was surprisingly good, better than expected. Even though the place was empty, had to ask to have the tables cleaned. Napkin holder needed to be refilled. Glad a new Chipotle is opening across the street soon, a place with better customer service. Placed two online orders and waited 15 minutes before going in to check on the items. One person ahead of me ordering okay fair. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stood there in line without being helped. Then, another lady comes in and cuts in front of me. Employees see it and helps her and they then proceed to tell me “we will work on your online order soon”. Waited longer and still no action being done. Seems other people get priority, will not be back here. Oh by the way, place was not packed so clearly could of made my online orders.
