QDOBA Mexican Eats

I showed up here about 415 and everything was perfect! There was a lady in front of me that was incredibly rude and wouldn't hang up her phone to order, but the staff didn't show their frustrations at all. I spoke to all the young ladies afterwards, and they were so pleasant. Thanks for the nice conversation ladies! Also, my meal was delicious!!

3rd day in a row I’m here at 10:30 when they supposedly open and employees are staring at me from Inside laughing at 1045 and still haven’t open the door. If they won’t open until 11 then why say they open at 1030. Then They scramble each day trying to get all the food set out while you wait for them to get set up. This will be the last time I go to this location

I only came here because I locked my keys in my car over at WalMart. I’m plant based so this is a review based on that experience. There was a piece of chicken floating in the pinto beans. I informed the employee currently assisting me. At that time, I also informed her that I cared because I am “vegan”. That employee fished the chicken out. I asked for fresh rice and beans. I also strongly suggested the employee throws out the beans as they have been contaminated with the meat. She did not. No employee did this. The initial employee made a fuss about making my food. I informed her of my dietary lifestyle and explained that other vegans come here and expect the food to not be contaminated. No one cared. I told the employee to get another employee to help me if she could not. The other employees came up front to help. This became a big commotion for no reason. I highly doubt I will come to this restaurant again. Be careful with eating out in general when vegan/plant based
