QDOBA Mexican Eats

Super slow. There were 5 people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my order. The 3 employees had no hustle even with a growing line. No one seemed to care. Customer service training would be helpful.

The place is certainly having staffing issues, but the staff is always friendly to me and I've never had a problem with the food, and I'm here usually once per week. On more than one occasion I've had a boomer in front of me in line who acts snobby and rude to the line workers, so it's not surprising the staff seem a bit burned out. I thought it was common sense to never be rude to the person cutting your hair or making your food? Lots of entitled Karens here in Littleton. 4 stars for good staff, would be 5 if upper management could get the understaffed situation locked down. Edit: I don't personally know any of the staff at this location. I'm just a local who comes here a lot.

Met with Amanda to put my order together for the catering. She was so sweet and helpful. When we got home, everything was perfectly cooked. The presentation was very nice. Thank you for making our party successful????
