QDOBA Mexican Eats

The mgr with dark long hair was in the back of the store when I visited about ten minutes before close. The poor kind employee that took my order seemed exhausted mentally and emotionally drained, probably due to being overworked. Unfortunately since the mgr on duty tonight, 9/24/2022 (Saturday) at this location was in back no greetings nor any introduction occurred whatsoever aside from the kind employee. Also unfortunately the employee was doing their best and apparently wasn't permitted utensils and so when I got my bowl of both beans and both rice with chicken (badly burnt and crisper than chewy even just a few crunches tbh.; Probably from overcooked and poor grill maintenance tonight; as it looked farrrr cleaner than when I last visited, since the grill is no longer dark and soot crusted looking for the vents. ) And guac, and habanero and queso sauce with a few jalapenos. ..... The csr person was left to cross contaminate their own makeline by using paper cups. Very bad shift mana

Nice clean location with plugs for electronics. The staff was friendly and helped explain the steps for our first time. Enjoyed our nachos with so many extra chips on the side! Little expensive for quick Mexican but good amount of food for the cost.

2 customers walked in with no mask on, asked for a sample of meat (it was given to him) and not once did staff remind customers about their mask. Smh We ordered pickup online and arrived after the estimated ready time but still waited another 20 mins for our food to be ready. If we didn't already pay for our food we would have walked out. Could definitely use more staff. Edit: got home and no meat in my chicken bowl!!! 2nd edit: my mom opened her bowl and she didn't any cauliflower in her CAULI-mash chicken bowl. Smh
