I usually credit Qdoba for properly preparing the burrito. The worker stuffed all of the ingredients in the middle of the burrito causing it to burst! I’m sure he saw it split while wrapping it so I’m not sure why he didn’t say anything or make a new one.
I love Qdoba in general but this store was just extra good because the employees were so nice
The customer service here just continues to get worse. They charge for the simplest of things and the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Whenever you ask a question they have the nastiest attitudes. The food quality is not bad but I dont think I’ll be coming back here until something changes. I took a break from coming because the customer service was terrible but decided to give then another chance. This location reallyyyyyy needs to do better
