QDOBA Mexican Eats

I'd leave less than one star if I could. We entered the store around 12pm lunch hour, there were no other people in line for food. The woman working was consolidating ingredients. That's fine, take your time. But she never said anything to us, not even a hello. She continued to do this for at least five minutes and glanced at us multiple times while acting as if we weren't there. Other employees were also milling around and walking behind her but no one even acknowledged our presence. We walked out and will never return. Nonexistent customer service. Zero stars.

Tonight we order curbside. A 3 cheese nachos, burrito and 2 kids 3 cheese nachos. We arrived and checked in. Waited 15 minutes. Finally went in asking where the food is. Was told they were too busy for curbside. I get you're busy but why would you offer it? Why would you fill an order and see curbside pickup but not tell the customer? Okay, maybe it slipped you mind in the rush... and we get cold food, worse things have happened. Upon arriving home we have enough chips for a single kids nachos. We ordered 2 kids and a whole 3 cheese nacho. If your raising prices on us at least give us what we pay for. Disappointed.

Love Qdoba but haven’t been to this location in years. Ordered Curbside Pickup. Great service for those of us with mobility issues. Sat out front with my emergency lights flashing as directed. No one came out. Finally had to go in and learned that they had no plans for bringing the order to the curb or notifying me. Not a happy camper! Finally got home with my cold and soggy supper. Couldn’t pay me to order there again.
