QDOBA Mexican Eats

Usually this location is pretty good with the food, however, today they rice was hard. I always get brown rice. I got back to work and started eating and was experiencing a a hard texture in every bite and with all the ingredients I had in my bowl, none of them are hard in texture. I found out it was the rice. The rice was really undercooked, pretty much soft outside, hard inside. I called and the staff were aware and I was told I could bring my bowl in and get what I got with white rice. I agreed and went back and got another bowl, but the white rice had some grains mixed in that are still undercooked and to too it off the taste of the white rice in the bowl is not as great as the taste with brown rice!!! Took a big L today and I knew I should’ve packed my lunch. Will I return? I believe so, but I will definitely eat some of my rice before heading out the door.

It’s always pleasant when I come in. Food is always top tier for a fast food Mexican place. Their bowls are way better than chipotle imo. Also cleaner and the staff is always acting like employees, not ppl who are bothered that you’re here to order food…ya know , at a fast food place. Edit: This location needs a better receipt printer because of the same faded spot on the receipts, you end up not being able to redeem your receipts because you have to keep guessing the letter or number until you get a match lol. Not helpful at all. Then you'll have to contact customer service to redeem them for you.

Do not think it’s sanitized or healthy to be open for business with exposed food while major construction is happening to the entrance of your store! No thank you! Decided to eat elsewhere ☹️
