I am very disappointed in the NON customer service at this location. I stood in the line for over 3 minutes. Three staff were behind the counter. No one greeted me. One of them finally broke from her conversation. And yelled that she would be with me in a moment. And went back to conversation with her co worker. I stood there longer. Then finally walked out. And the sad thing about all of this. I was the only customer there. They weren't busy. This occurred at about 8:15 p.m. 05/03/2022
I visited during the lunch rush hour. Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Food was fresh and delicious too. One of the better Qdoba locations. Staff handling food were all wearing gloves and restaurant was clean.
They’ve really cut back on portion sizes. My wife and I were still hungry after our meal. Won’t be going back to this location.
