QDOBA Mexican Eats

They were out of white rice despite it being early in the evening. Food was okay, but nothing special. Some of the brown rice was dried out and crunchy. Tortilla was dry and split easily. Dining room needed a wipe down. It wasn't busy, so there was no good reason it couldn't have been cleaner. Staff was ok; not bad, but not above average either.

I don't mind paying a little more for a bigger selection. A wider selection allows me to change things up if I find myself coming here multiple times a month; and the selection they offer is delicious. From QDOBA's burritos to their taco salads to their soups, it's possible for everyone in your party to find something to their liking. Most often the employees are courteous and helpful especially when taking dietary restrictions into consideration. EDIT: the cleanliness of the place is usually hit or miss. The kitchen was so-so. I don't understand how difficult it could be to keep the dining room clean when there's many moments when there isn't a crowd. (I drove by often to check before i included this in the review.) Is it staffing issues? Seriously, find a solution. The other reviewers about cleanliness aren't wrong.

Rather disappointed in this location. The food was ok, not up to normal Qdoba standard but alright. My issues were, the utter mess that was behind the counter and the staff that didn’t seem to care whether I was there or anyone else for that matter. No hellos or welcome in, just blank stares and complete lack of any personality or customer service. There were 4 people working up front and only one made a half attempt to get my order and it seemed like he was pained in doing so. I get it’s late, but at 8:30, it’s not like it was closing time. A little effort goes a long way.
