QDOBA Mexican Eats

A busy place. Staff was fairly team oriented. A little "small" in the portion size of their bowls. No lids, however they covered the dish with aluminum foil. A little pricey for 2 bowls, small chips, side of guac and 1 drink. Almost $30... Other than that, the lobby was clean.

Rough day for this unit. Staff member preparing the order seemed annoyed to be at work today. She was not helpful at all. At one point stopped making our order to make Togo order and then forgets where she is at on preparing ours. So she forget the chicken. I was given a total before I could even finished my order. I did go ahead and request the chips I wanted but skipped the drinks and just got water. When we take it back up to get it corrected it seems to be an annoyance by the manager who also seemed like she wasn't having the best of days. No apologies, no smile, just clear frustration. Another staff member cooking chicken while scrolling through Spotify without any gloves. Handling your phone while cooking ready to eat food I'm sure is trained should not happen. Especially in full view of your patrons. Hope tomorrow is better for you all.

I went to order a chicken burrito and 2 kids steak taco meal. Employee tried to give me 1 taco, i had to ask “doesn’t the kids taco come with 2 tacos?” She said “oh yea.” She then goes to put my toppings in small cups. I asked if she could pit my toppings on my tacos and she said “no you will have to do it yourself” She refused to make the tacos how I want it. The guy at the front acted like he didn’t know that the kids meal came with a side. I asked for chips, he then stuffs his hands inside the bag to open the bag when normally they would use tong or the scooper to open the bag, this is unsanitary and it is COVID. I get to the drink machine to get a drink and they are OUT of ice. I go to get sprite and the sprite is flat! I asked the guy in the front if they could substitute for a bottle since the ice was out and sprite was flat. He stated that he could ask the manager and she said “NO” but she can refund the drink and charge me for a bottled drink. I just took a hot lemonade to save
