Stopped visiting this location months ago due to terrible service, long wait, and inconsistent food quality. Decided to give them another shot in the hopes things had improved over the course of the last several months. Unfortunately, the service has gotten even worse. Staff are rude and have zero sense of urgency. I walked in and there were 3 people in line in front of me to order. After waiting in line for 16 minutes and watching the staff be somewhat rude to and barely acknowledge every customer in front of me it was my turn to order. I'm told by the staff I can no longer order what I have always ordered for several years a (chicken and steak quesadilla to go, with half portions of each). "We don't allow half portions any more", me: "I guess just steak then, please", The staff member rolled their eyes, appearing to be frustrated by my request and put my quesadilla to the side as the press was in use. I then proceed to wait in line for an additional 6 minutes while another staff mem

Out of the last four orders placed, not one has been correct, two have been cancelled with no warning. Multiple complaints to corporate has lead to a free meal here and there, but when the replacement order get cancelled, a free meal is pretty useless. We will not be visiting this location again.
