I ordered the veggie taco meal with a hot sauce, cotija, and cilantro. What I got was 3 plain tortillas with my aforementioned toppings. I called the store and was told veggie means nothing on it. I said "Veggie mean vegetables, doesn't it? There are no vegetables?" Apparently not; veggie means nothing and I guess I'm getting dinner from Grub Hub tonight. What?!?!
Service was quick and friendly. They give good portions. I almost forgot to scan my rewards but the cashier reminded me so I was thankful.
I was told by this “manager” that I would not be provided service. She refused to give her name despite me asking for it. She refused to listen to my answer after I clearly told AND pointed out to her several times that I ONLY wanted the REGULAR drink with the “Complete Your Meal” as shown here. Annoyingly she kept asking me “regular or large” repeatedly until I lost patience and walked out. She needs retraining on how to provide good customer service, part of which is listening, showing empathy and not being combative.
