Customer experience needs to improve. Reprioritize your online orders vs physical customers in the store. The wait time on 2 occasions was too long. Actually acknowledge customers standing in front of you. When I was acknowledged, the service and food were ok.
Manager (black shirt) who is working at this location (12/19/2020 - 7:15pm) is great. Friendly and respectful. The rest of the staff is good too. My mobile order was prepared on time. Food is also great! I prefer Qdoba over chipotle :)
My bowl from qdoba was really good but I ordered chips and queso I only got the queso and I was pretty bummed and I got sweet tea turned out to be unsweetened tea.
