Was the 2nd person in line and it took 15 minutes to get in and out. 4 people behind me walked out because of the wait. The workers kept walking in and out of the back and just chatting. I love this place and the food. It's worth the money but the wait was a little rough....
I am a HUGE Qdoba fan, however customer service was less than satisfactory. Staff seemed annoyed and rushed service. There were only 2-3 customers in the store so this was not due to a high level of orders, etc. I just felt very disappointed in my experience at this location.
Ordered on the app. Everything felt really convenient until I got home and was shorted some things like I put a cup of hot salsa and two cups of sour cream. I can't remember it all now, but some little bits were missing. The food was great even as left overs the next day.
