You can’t never go wrong with a BBQ restaurant that has won best BBQ in town several times. They have all the classics from the brisket and ribs to flame to table dishes. Helpful staff. It was my first time at Q39. It was a good experience. We had a 52 minute wait and it was pretty loud when we got seated, but I'd say it was worth the wait and it did start to quiet down not long after we were seated as it was getting close to closing time. The prices were fair. The quality was on deserving of all the ribbons and trophies. The quantity was good as well. We both had the Judges Plate. He got ribs, pulled pork, and the sausage. I had ribs, sliced brisket, and smoked chicken. It was all very good. It's not as good as some but better than a lot . Overall, we would come back.
Burnt ends and baby back ribs were great, brisket was kinda dry. I wish we could have just the burnt ends without the brisket. We had 4 different sides, all were tasty and we'll seasoned. Cocktails were okay. Quick service even during rush hour, just don't forget to book a table - it's busy around here.
