Pupusería Doña María

**If you're going to take the time to read my post/review, please be kind enough to hit LIKE** Let my start off by saying that my family & I love this place! Doña Maria's Pupusas are amazing! This place has some of the best Pupusas & in a variety of options. Hard to just pick a few. On our latest visit we had a spread of dishes. We hadn't been to this establishment in awhile & couldn't decide what we wanted so we had everything we'd craved prior to our visit. This restaurant is a quaint, clean & wholesome location. The family that runs it is always so nice & welcoming. They not only offer some of the finest quality in their food but also offer a array of foods. But the reason we were there was for authentic Salvadoran food! Pupusas (variety), platano frito con frojoles, tamal de pollo, empanadas de platano rellenas de frijol o crema. 1 of my kids had a cocktel de camaron & another had an asada burrito. This place is a hit & miss. Like today the pupusas can be tasty but the cabbage lacked vinegar taste and the red sauce was bland and not spicy. It was tasteless. Overall the dish was disappointing. And the street tacos lack having meat (chicken) in them.

Pupusas tasted great. Salsa was amazing. Curtido was on point. Plátano frito is a must try. Al pastor tacos were great too!
