I went to go pick up my order at the time they said it would be ready. When I arrived, they informed me they were busy and it would just be 15 more minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to check on my order and they told me it would be over an hour before my food was ready! If they had been upfront at the beginning, I wouldn't have waited. As a door dasher, I know they are always AT LEAST a half hour behind schedule. Not worth it. The one on the north side of town never has these problems.
Slow, delayed service. In response to the response below, I have to add that nothing has changed after giving many more chances. Always slow and delayed. Hire more/better staff! Worst part is discrepancy between how much time I am told to wait vs how much time I end up waiting.
