Love this place! Pizza is top 5 in the city. Cheese bread is off the hook. Their ranch isn’t store bought and is ???? If you haven’t been go, check it out. Good pizza and pasta!
Went to Puccini's last night for the first time since before the pandemic and was not impressed at all. My wife and I ordered garlic bread with cheese as an appetizer as well as a calzone each for the main dish. The garlic bread with cheese was absolutely soaked in butter, to the point where when we bit into a slice it caused the liquid butter to squish out everywhere. While I enjoy buttered garlic bread, this was a mouthful of liquid butter. Not appetizing at all. We couldn't eat more than a small piece or two each and I got sick later the same evening due to it. When the calzones were brought out, they gave us the wrong ones. I suppose that's understandable, given that the outside of the calzones looked the same, but it's something that they should be aware of considering they are on the menu. I'm just thankful neither of us have serious food allergies. Both calzones were extremely salty, but edible. The service was decent, though not great. The server did offer to have a new calzone
I ordered chicken parmesan which was no better than average. I had two requests 1) to make sure they put a knife and fork in the bag, and 2) to add extra sauce on my spaghetti. They did neither. The garlic bread barely had any garlic flavor. The best part of the meal was the salad. The Italian dressing, toppings, and cheese were very good. I won't be back has there are plenty better Italian restaurants in the area.
