This place is consistently great! Just as good or better than any place in Greektown. They remodeled just before the pandemic--looks great! The staff is always fun, attentive, and lovely. The crowd is great! All over the place. Always a story to tell after eating here. The food delicious. Plenty for vegetarians. The skordalia (garlic and potato dip) is the best I've had. Their fish is flown from Greece. Really nice. Sea bass and sea bream both great with their sumple preparation. Their lamb youvetsi with orzo is soooo good. Their navy bean and avgolemono soups are my favorite, but they have several others! Have had almost everything on menu. Love their Fava beans and bamies (okra). Great cocktails and wines! Go to there. Vegetarian options: Plenty of stuff for veggie lovers or only veg eaters. Parking: Valet parking only.
The food was absolutely amazing. I have had the second best lamb I've ever had at this restaurant. And I only say it's the second best cuz my wife is sitting next to me as I write this review. She is now laughing at me. All of our food from appetizer through entrees were amazing. Service was good and I would highly recommend this to anybody who loves Greek food. Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian options available for each part of the meal. We didn't happen to try them last night, but to judge by the rest of the food that we did try, they would be amazing. Kid-friendliness: In a very full restaurant there were several tables that had children.
