Provecho Latin Provisions

We ate at Provecho for brunch. The bloody marys were amazing. The shrimp and grits were scrumptious and the biscuits and gravy blew my mind!

I really loved everything about this place. It is a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent. The servers do a great job with explaining the menu and offering suggestions. They do more than serve you a meal, they create an experience.

I'm a food critic so I always place reviews.Food was good, but lacked seasoning. Could replace potatoes with fresh white or brown rice. Rice was a bit crunchy, beans slightly undercooked. One out of the three salsas was good, the other two tasted very bland and unseasoned. Great place for a date, but food could be cheaper. A little too over priced for mediocre food..could use more authenticity, kinda tasted more Mexican American than actual Mexican food..so throw authentic out the door. Servers could be more attentive to there customers. Not sure about fries served with mayo, kinda shallow there.. arranchera could be cooked better.Like I said great place for a few drinks and a date but as far as family function I recommend elsewhere..
