Just what the doctor ordered! Fresh and simple pizza and salad in a chill environment. Have we had ‘better’ pizza? Yes. But this pizza is good enough to call it a day in Colorado, go back to our nearby hotel, and feel good about our choice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful- 5 stars for them:)
Great service cold beer and hot pizza!!! This little spot in Broomfield hits the spot!! A perfect spot for a quick bite and beer before an event at the First Bank Center in Broomfield. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the happy hour specials are amazing!!! Protos is going to be our new hang out before shows or events now!!! Also there is plenty of parking in the parking garage!!!
Honestly a tried and true staple of the Arista area. Pizza is always good, service, especially call-in is always fast. TRY THE SALTED CARMEL GELATO! I've had a couple lackluster drinks here over the years, but Proto's has always been a good go-to for those in the area.
