Proletariat Pizza

I've waited so long for Proletariat's bar to reopen since the shut down of local businesses in 2020/2021 it's awesome that places are reopening. Check out Proletariat pizza and have a drink in the back bar, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and ask for Sam, he makes the best drinks in town!

As a New Jersey native, the pizza here is one of the best, if not the best, of the many pizza places that I've had in Seattle. I don't get anything fancy here, just a large pep. The slices here are just like the ones that I used to get at pizza places that I grew up with. These guys have the consistency (slices fold well) and ratios just right with the sauce, cheese, dough/crust and oil (it's gotta be oily). On top of all this, the owner (Jin), bartender (Sam) and waitstaff are all outstanding, very friendly and helpful so I really enjoy bringing the family here. I hope they open a new location in Renton!

The pizza is delicious, the service is good and the staff really did go out of their way when we requested a certain menu item. However I have to say that the facility is not in the best shape, I definitely felt like I was sitting in the closet and lots of clutter around. The play area is not really suitable for little kids, they can't even reach to play the arcades. I think tidying up and maybe brightening up the place could make the atmosphere more enjoyable. This is the pizza that made White Center famous, so it would be great if this was a cool place to hang out and enjoy with the family.
