burritos were soggy and made incorrectly. brought back both the food and the receipt and was told by cecilia that i could not get a refund because there was no manager on duty that day. walked out with only store credit and they would not remake the order
Burrito, rolled tacos, medium drink… over 30 dollars! That is too much. I don’t care how it tastes, 30 dollars gives you tons more options for food than gas station Mexican food
Gave them a second chance after previously eating food where their own staff admitted to using expired sour cream by accident. Still using old food that you can tell has been sitting out forever, and in this case, my burrito was outright missing ingredients. If they're this careless, it makes you wonder how safe the food is. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this spot.
