Prime Time Restaurant

Very unprofessional and not clean, especially with COVID, by having customers come into the restaurant with DOGS. Who wants to bring their family to a restaurant and have a dog barking at the table next to you. Dog hair flying while you are eating your food, is very unsanitary. The health department would not appreciate a situation with customers bringing in Dogs, to walk around the restaurant while families are trying to enjoy a meal. My Mother and Father are handicapped and we could not park in the handicapped spots since Prime Time Restaurant plowed the snow into the parking spaces. Seems like Prime Time discriminants against ill and elderly handicapped customers. I also thought Prime Time was a restaurant, not a zoo for pets.

Prime time is a place that I will frequently visit! Walking thru the door for my first time we felt very welcome!! Our server Julius was very helpful and made being a newbie here a unique experience with all of his suggestions that were all winners!! He even entertained us with his multicultural linguistics and traded a little Italian with my wife who is learning Italian! I had a great time and I ate good food. The bartender also made a wonderful mojito. I had the steak and ribs dinner it was every bite delicious!!..we also ordered the shrimp dinner we had coconut shrimp. I'm not a shrimp eater but I always taste a shrimp or two and they were spot on!!

I'm from Los Angeles, this is my first visit to Chicago. They made me feel welcomed, I was treated with respect, they were courteous nd friendly to me. The food was great, service was exceptional. I recommend it 100%.....
