PRIME Steak & Seafood

I had a birthday celebration and I thought let me try a place that neither one of us had tried I found Prime Steak & Seafood I got there 15 minutes before me reservation time and was greeted and seated quickly not to many people were there after a couple of minutes the server brought water. As we ordered drinks that is where things turned a little. For being a place that there was about 4 full tables including ours the drink service took a while as we ordered it took approximately 30 minutes for the appetizer to arrive and a total 40-50 minutes for the food to arrive for the luxurious experience this in my time of eating out and doing reviews took to long the food wasn’t hot at time of service. The stakes that were ordered were ordered medium well and served medium. Over all for the price it’s honestly not worth it the place does look classy but there are other venues that are luxurious and have a better fine dining experience.

Had a decent experience this last weekend. Was the first time we needed a reservation to be sat, but could sit at the full service bar. Mistake, soup took atleast a good 45mins to arrive while main course took an hour to come out and then side were forgotten. Wasn't attended to appropriately but should've know when you have regulars ordering non-stop drinks. We fell to the back burner on service for food & drinks. Server/bar tender apologized for the delay but didn't also make an attempt to notify manager or atleast make up for the prolonged delays. Food was great and it should be for the price, but service fell big time this dining experience.

Picked up a pepperoni pie for dinner and it hit the spot! Crust was nice and thin, folded, but still had a crisp. Crust was airy and al dente. I’ll definitely be ordering my pies for here. Staff was polite, fast and everyone I came across offered to help me. There is lots of parking in the plaza, and the interior decor is very modern.
