I absolutely love this restaurant. Wonderful menu with lots of super fresh and creative options. Tonight we enjoyed the charcuterie board, warm olives, and amazing long bone pork chop!!! Wildly disappointing from beginning to end. This place is a scam. The "farm to table" concept, seemingly curated menu, and price point led us to expect a fine dining experience but we clearly fell victim to clever marketing. I wonder how many repeat customers this place gets. Food quality was decent at best, I'd be interested to know how they define "local", my assumption is the food is from their "local" food distributor or Kroger. Service was also subpar. Didn't get a water refill once. The entire wait staff spent a noticeable amount of time socializing behind the bar. Don't opt for the wine pairings.

In June '22 while in the middle of moving to a new state (Tx), managing house shopping, a new job, and my daughter's medical condition, my mother and I were tired hot and hangry. We picked this place at random on their wine pairing night without knowing it was a wine pairing night. We were not planning on a nice fancy meal. But we got it. And boy was that the perfect way to spend our night. Prime has a relaxing atmosphere, perfectly crafted food. The service was impeccable. The server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. What really stood out was my 6th month old LOVED the sauce on our main course and the server brought a small bowl of it so that she could enjoy the meal too. It was the perfect balance of attentive service and privacy. Will go back again.
