Presidio Cocina Mexicana

I came here this morning with my friend and it was an amazing experience. Our server Luis made sure we had what we wanted and went out of his way to help. Everything was very freshly cooked, yet came out quickly. I ordered the Vanilla Latte, Orange Juice, and the Presidio Breakfast. The orange juice I highly recommend because it’s all natural, great flavor. The breakfast dish was full of flavor and was very unique

The food was great! I ordered the Cochinita Tacos, Flan and Horchata drink. The cochinita was cooked and seasoned very well. It's a different take than what I have experienced in the past and this gives Presidio a certain signature and their own touch and flavor of cochinita????. I think the tortillas are homemade and they were amazing along with the salsas! The flan was my favorite part because it's really creamy almost pudding like and that's my favorite way to have flan. Finally the horchata was perfectly balanced between thick and water. It was done just right and a great blend of the ingredients. Nothing is overpowering. Great job and well earned 5 stars ???? ????
