Prairie Kitchen & Bar is surprisingly okay for a hotel restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the food is pretty good, and so are the drinks. I found the atmosphere nice and the staff helpful, although they seemed a bit understaffed at times. Overall, it's good, but I wouldn't make a destination out of it.
Used to be good food and great service. Now I had to basically serve myself and whatever I just ate was not pizza. Gross.
Bought a burger here and was mostly bright pink all the way through. Had to cook it myself in the microwave for another 3.5 minutes.
