Pozzy Bros. Pizza

So, after an embarrassing boo boo that this location was graciously understanding, we ordered a 16” margarita pizza, dozen garlic knots, meatball sub and a slice of a Sicilian pizza. Having moved to the city a month ago, we have been trying different pizza locations so we weren’t expecting much. But we might have just found our neighborhood (nearby) pizza favorite. We have others like Time Square Pizza but that’s just a little bit further. The both the Margherita and the Sicilian pizza were tasty. The garlic knots were wet with enough olive oil like my family likes it and it comes with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. The parm sub was good too. Definitely recommend if you are in the area or if you just moved here and are looking for places to try. **If you are wondering what was the embarrassing moment, well, I had placed the order at another location which was at least 20 minutes away. So the owner of the Viera location was understanding and has her employees call the other locat

Just want to say.... the food here is great however, the customer service isn't what it used to be. I was mistaken in thinking that I was being handed a receipt that I did not need so I proceeded to take my food and leave the restaurant and I was not called to come back to sign this receipt but yelled at loud enough for the whole restaurant to stop eating and look at what was happening. Obviously this experience was not enough to stop us from coming back because the owners and the food are wonderful but the two employees in the front diminish the experience.

This used to be our favorite place and we would recommend it to many. However the last pizza was absolutely horrible. It should’ve never left the door. It was dried out and overcooked. We think it was a prior order that never got picked up and it was reheated for us. Not going back. This was the Viera store.
