This place is NASTY!!!!! They will RIP you off too. The menu clearly states the plates come with rice, beans, tortillas, and our plates were marked at a price of $8. We both got the same thing with bottled water and our total was $28. How in the world does that add up? I will be calling the health department tomorrow!
