Really disappointed I've ordered a veggie sandwich with two slices of Swiss cheese ONLY ...received a wrong order with uncooked raw mushrooms... Lost my lunch break and appetite ????

What is considered a good sandwich? Would it be considered healthy, nutritious, appealing, and perfect all around or have it be a flavorful, crunchy outside with a having it be a little juicy on the inside. I was the only person when I arrived on Sunday morning. There was a young man behind the counter, tall. He welcomed me, took my order and did the sandwiches himself.
