I started my trip for food this afternoon by walking into the Smashburger next door. No one was at the register nor was anyone even around to notice me. Walked out and went to Potbelly. I was greeted when I walked in and told the staff about what happened and we all had a good laugh. I missed the names but anyone who was working on the afternoon of 6/15/2022 at 16:30 were wonderful! If you are someone who is adventurous in your sandwich, I definitely recommend choosing your sandwich option and then ask them to just add the condiments & such as they would do so for their own. These people make sandwiches all day so they must come up with cool options. Answer: it was amazing! If your palate is adventurous, definitely do that! Sorry Smashburger, Potbelly blows your services out of the water! Parking: Lots of spots available.
I love Potbelly's veggie melt, but this location keeps letting me down. Twice now I've found chicken after biting into my sandwich. Why does this keep happening? Please make it stop.
This location isn't the cleanest. I also watched the employee grab and move a garbage can with gloves on and didn't change them when he went to finish someone's sandwich! Not to mention the vacuum was going and it was extremely hard to enjoy my meal. They close at 9pm and I went there at 8pm. There just is great customer service anymore it seems.
