Just passed getting a chicken salad provolone, and guess what, they did not put the chicken just lettuce, I just saw all the bad reviews before me, I guess is just common,
We love potbelly but absolutely hate this location. They pay very little attention to your order. They have managed to get our orders wrong 100% of the time. And the lady with the red/orange hair has a horrible attitude.
The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). As The Terminator has said a few times before: “I’ll be back!”
