Potbelly

Sandwiches are very good and they had excellent customer service.

I like potbelly sandwiches but like others have stated, I would not order from the Glendale location again. We ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich but didn’t get any avocado so it was just a turkey sandwich. The wreck sandwich ( was actually a wreck) it was sloppy and was missing the salami and mayo. The slim mama’s meatball had no marinara sauce (got some dry meatballs with melted cheese ) and was charged as a regular size instead of slim. The customer service was horrible, especially the person adding the veggies to my sandwiches. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to add extra lettuce to one of the sandwiches. There were no lids for our soda cups and straw wrappers littered the counter. We took a couple bites and ended up throwing them away because they were so unsatisfying.

Placed an order for delivery at 8am, for a delivery time of 12pm. It is now 1:14pm and my order still says “received”. No phone call, email, or contact otherwise, about what is going on or if I’m going to receive my order at all. At this point I’m just going to cancel my order and try to get my money back. If a phone call is not an option, you should at the very least update the delivery time as needed to keep customers in the loop. Never ordering delivery again. Seems like this is an ongoing issue for this location.
