Terribly slow service. We were the only customers in the building and it took more than 15 minutes to get our food and the employees were having a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge when our sandwich came out of the oven. Would not return to this location despite the food being generally good.
Visited here twice while on a business trip; once an hour before closing and another during lunch time.. Before close, they got us through pretty quick but lunch time can take some time (understandably). However I can say all the workers seem to do their best and are hard at work. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. Solid sandwich place. The steakhouse beef is delicious. When there isn't anything particular you want, this is always a good choice.
If you have to use the restroom DON’T GO AND EAT HERE! Everyone that comes to this location knows the line is always long. Today I was just going to use the restroom first before I purchased my order, due to the long line, and I really had to go. So I went to the cashier and let her know I was going to purchase my order but I really needed to use the restroom first. She literally said no as if I was going to let a ton of these people come in the restroom with me. Restroom rules are ridiculous and they only have one stall. Don’t waist your money if you need to use it even if your a paying customers they still treat you horrible, you would think the restroom has free snacks and samples the way the act over the one stall! Poor Customer service!
