Visited the shop today and had a nice meal. We've been to plenty of locations and what made this one special is a young man name Colin (or Collin). His customer service was amazing: kind, polite and quick. He has a really good energy and makes the place feel welcoming and professional. You guys are very lucky to have him!
I have been coming to this Potbelly for years. Today I got not only the worst sub I've had there, but also the worst sub I've ever had from anywhere. The turkey tasted and smelled old. The bread was squished and hard. The ingredients were piled in the center and falling out. I feel sick.
I bought the Walnut Chicken Salad & it was TRASH! Wilted lettuce old grapes & apples! Jus take it off of the menu if you can't sell enough to keep using fresh ingredients!
