Pot on Fire & Tea Bar

"Pot on Fire" is one of the Best hotpot in town. I like their individual hot pot a lot, it's boiling hot. The menu has many different types of hot pot to select from and you can choose the level of spiciness mild, medium or very spicy. I got very spicy Kimchi hotpot, it was fantastic ???? Vegetarian options: There's a vegan hotpot with a lot of mushrooms you can order. Parking: Big parking lot out front. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is right out front to the right, very close to the entrance.

I ordered through Doordash. This review is not about the restaurant or its food, but about the delivery driver named Manuel. He left the food on the floor at my door even though I asked for "hand it to me." I realised why he did that. The soup broth spilled all over the popcorn chicken making it soggy. Both bags had food spilled inside AND OUTSIDE! EVEN THE RECEIPT OUTSIDE THE BAG WAS SOILED WITH FOOD. I cannot help but think that this driver intentionally mishandled the food as it had to take some effort to spill out of well covered plastic containers. The food looks good but I have not eaten any of it. I'm not sure what else Manuel may have done to the food. I have taken pictures and video. This is beyond outrageous! I have not called the restaurant as they are closed and will reopen later for dinner. I have been ordering from Doordash for more than a year and I know the difference between food spilling by accident (which I understand) and food being mishandled deliberately by driver

Great food and quick service. Free black or green tea was given with your lunch purchase! You order through QR code menu, but it won't let you pay through the QR website, that was a little confusing. You get a bill at the end of the meal to take up front, this allows you to order any extra stuff, but was not explained to us. Pictured is the mushroom pot with beef instead of pork.
