Pot & Lid

I'm a trucker, and happen to come upon this food truck Pot & Lid in Bayonne NJ. on Pulaski Ln. Let me tell you that the french toast was spot on and at a decent price.

This food truck is a gastronomic lifesaver in Jersey Port area. Susie and Douglas are the cutest, giving us little samples of their smoked Mac and cheese (Friday special!) that inspired me to buy a whole box. They were super accommodative when I said I was vegetarian and made me a delicious grilled cheese and tomatoes on a Texas toast! Yet to try the coffee cake muffin I took home, but I’m sure with the toasting tip from Susie it’s bound to be good!

Had my breakfast at this food truck and it was the best one that I had to a good truck!! The smoked roast-beef was awesome! Susy told me they have specials every day, and they smoked themself very happy to have stopped here, I highly recommend this place:)
