Food is decent when they don't screw up the order and their customer service is horrible. Ordered from this place for years but today was the last time. They said it would be delivered in 40-45 minutes so I called and they said it was on its way. It was over an hour before we got the order and the pizza & fries were cold and they forgot the garlic dressing. I called and spoke to Jenny, instead of an apology for the mistake she just kept saying "it's not on the receipt", then says I can send it out but it will take a while. At that point my wife was aggrevated at Jenny's rudeness so she took over the call. Jenny continued to be rude so my wife asked for an owner or manager, Jenny said they weren't there, she said she'd remake the order and send it out. We decided after we hung up that we'd just rather get a refund and stop ordering from them. When she called back to cancel Raul answered and when she explained the issue he was rude and said that he'd give a refund and send someone back t

Love their food great place, unsatisfied with my service today. We order a bit from here, the mistake was made by the phone order taker and the order input. When calling in to let them know i did not recieve me food the way i requested. They replied if it arrived matching the receipt there is nothing they can do. I did not create the order ticket they did and made a mistake and refused to own it. Probably will not stop me from ordering again but needs to be addressed.
