This is our first time ordering from Portillo’s in Joliet! We ordered online and the estimated pickup time was 6:12, we got our food exactly at 6:12! The employees were extremely nice. The food was delicious! I got a beef n cheese croissant, fries, and onion rings. The fries were a little too salty other than that delicious!
We came about 10 minutes before they opened and were walking with our dogs while our vehicle was being worked on across the street and they came out with bowls of water and came to check on us a few time while we waited for our order...they were all so nice and polite even the young man who came to pick up his check on his day off helped us... definitely will come again. Great service and the food was really good as well...
My bf & I ordered a lot of food today at Portillo’s - Bacon burger, Fries, Chicken tenders, Italian beef, hot dog & a chocolate cake slice w/ a Vanilla Shake & Root Beer. The cashier guy and window lady were super friendly and helped us with our order quickly. I would definitely go back and visit again! :))
