So this is the second time I've had Portillo's in less than 15 hours. The chicken tender were really good and size too. Very nice. The Chicago dog ok that is better than expected ????. But the Big Beef is the way to go. Make sure u get the nacho cheese on the side and add both sweet and spicy peppers. The dipping sauce is good, too, but it will make the sandwich very soggy, so get it on the side.
Always good and consistent food. This particular portillos was extremely clean, inviting staff and attentive. Really had that old diner type of feel. They had many older people of staff too which is great! Amazing service, amazing food and extra clean. Totally recommend if you’re in the area, portillos is really good always but when you go in and get this type of service that’s just icing on the cake!
Everything I order from Willowbrook location, I'm constantly experiencing rudeness and poor quality of food. Today, I asked for substitutions to a salad...and I was hung up on and placed on hold. The fact that I called back several times was not it, it was me just wanting to cancel my order so food was not wasted...I'm sick of this location and will travel to another for better food and assistance! Too busy...HIRE MORE STAFF AND ONES THAT LOVE THEIR JOB!!!!
