This was just what I needed on a hot Friday afternoon. Service was great as usual, food was delicious I even order some for later as well . Chicago dogs gave me a taste of home. Hoping they open one on Tucson so I don’t have to drive 2 hours for the greatness
My first Portillos experience was a win! The fries were so incredible and the hot dog was delicious too! Service in the drive-thru was exceptional. Will definitely be back!
Was our first time here, let them know that when ordering cuz we had a few questions and were curious about what they would recommend, but the cashier didn't seem to care to answer questions at all, just rushed us along and spoke so softly you couldn't really hear him over the loud music. Was not impressed with the hot dog-- mine was made wrong, the bun was soggy and had so much relish on it you couldn't taste anything else (seriously that relish is STRONG!!) and was squished and rolled into foil. We also tried the fries with cheese sauce (bomb sauce!), onion rings (they were ok, not the kind with fat juicy onion inside) and chocolate cake shake (which we all shared a small cuz was really sweet but super yummy!!) The atmosphere was nice, and the decorations inside were pretty cool.
