Why is it that the beef sandwiches are never properly wrapped? They used to be put into plastic bags for the reason of the grease.
There was a 1:1 ratio of employees and customers. 2 families in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to wait to order. Then once we ordered, it was slow and the cashier was confused. Then to get our food it’s taken so far another 10-15 minutes. Our order was simple and should have been ready in 15 minutes max from walking in, ordering, cooking & pick up. Our family with young kids haven’t eaten dinner. We are so hungry we feel sick. With so many workers, all seem to be doing something, there should not be this delay. We walked in around 9pm and it’s 9:40 pm. I can’t imagine attempting to eat here during lunch or dinner rush. Get faster workers please!!!
Overall fast service. The staff is generally nice. But there was a cashier that was not in the best of mood. But she got stuff done and helped her teammates get everyone food ready and so overall i completely understand her not wanting to chit chat with customers. But she was still very efficient and did not disrupt the food at all.
