Your standard Portillo’s that has been around for ever at this location. Service for the most part is ok, huge revolving door of local kids who get to have their first job here, most often they try to be nice but sometimes hit the mark.
I love coming here every time I visit Chicago. It is always a classic and a must go for any visitor to Chicago.
Very bad experience. They took 25 min to make a hot dog, chicken sandwiche, small fries and Italian sausage. So many employees not properly managed. I end it getting the money back. Please think about the hot dog would test after sitting for 20 min. Never again.
