Port-au-Prince Haitian Cuisine

Had the beef patties, Taso Kabrit (fried goat), and these cup plantains and they were amazing! Also, really great energy, vibe, and service from Roberto. Having recently relocated from Miami and used to authentic Haitian cuisines, PAP Cuisine exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back regularly.

Very nice and friendly front staff and a great conversation about Haiti with the Brother. I'll be honest I went for the black rice and were notified that it's more of a weekend staple. Tried a few other things including the smoked herring pate which was delicious and extremely spicy (Nice!!) Tried the wings as well and they were different with an almost escovitch style topping! Well done and the Haitian beers although brewed in Holland (lol) were tasty as well. Nice experience and will return on the weekend for some of that black rice!

Tasty Haitian cuisine with mild herbs some dry meat(task,turkey) or in sauce goat,chicken. with fried green planter. A little piment. Drinks(passion fruits and optionally with Caribbean Rhum). Great Haitian food! Wooden tables could have some Haitian artist work to veneer to add to decor. This would make it a Five.
